Angels and the colour Blue

Blue is a colour also linked with Royalty and high status. It is seen as calming and can invoke relaxing chemicals in the body. Blue varies in hue from electric blue, which is passionate and exciting to cooler shades such as aquamarine. Deep Indigo blue is thought of as the most spiritual colour of all, representing a deep spiritual connection. Blue is universally seen as the colour of communication. 

Over the past decade, scientists have reported the successful use of blue light in the treatment of a wide variety of psychological problems, including addictions, eating disorders, impotence, and depression.


Archangel Michael is the Angel who comes on the vibration of blue. Michael was said to be the first Angel created by God and his name means 'he who is like God'.  He is also depicted as the leader of the army of Angels who work against evil and in Revelations, he is the slayer of Satan.


He is therefore seen as a protector Angel. You can call on him when you feel unsafe or insecure. I often ask him to walk with me when I am out alone at night, and immediately I feel safer. Michael can also be called upon to cut ties (or emotional connections) with things or people who no longer serve us. You can visualise him using his energetic sword to do this - try it, it really works.


Michael is also the Angel of the terminally ill and the grieving. Blue sparks are often seen before people pass over, and this can signify the presence of Michael.. He will also stay with the grieving family and help them in their darkest times.


Call upon Michael in times of turmoil and distress (especially grief) and he will help you feel stronger and more able to deal with the situation.

Angels and the Colour Purple

I have always loved the colour Purple, in all it shades and forms - many spiritual people do.

Purple is often associated with nobility and royalty and also the highest spiritual status. This was because originally the colour was made from pigment taken from the secretions of a particular snail, and so only the rich and privileged could afford it. This is the reason on particular hue (Tyrian purple) was known as 'Imperial Purple'.


In terms of auric colours, purple is often in the auras of spiritual people - whether they are members of the clergy or mediums. It seems to express a spiritual nature and a connection to the divine in whichever form that may take.


The Angel who brings this colour vibration is Archangel Zadkiel. He is the keeper of the violet flame, which I spoke about in my previous blog.


Zadkiel with his consort Holy Amethyst also bring us soul freedom, justice,mercy, and forgiveness.


As an angel of mercy, some texts claim that Zadkiel is the unnamed Biblical Angel of the Lord who holds back Abraham to prevent the patriarch from sacrificing his son, and because of this is usually shown holding a dagger.


Zadkiel is one of two standard bearers (along with Jophiel) who follow directly behind Michael as the head archangel enters battle. In Jewish Mysticism and Western ritual magic, Zadkiel is associated with the planet Jupiter. The angel's position in the Sephirot is fourth, which corresponds to mercy.


If you feel drawn to Zadkiel, it may be that you are being hard on yourself or on other people in your life.  He reminds you of the healing power of forgiveness and that he can help transmute negative energy into positive energy in your aura - all you have to do is ask.


He can also help you to accelerate your spiritual growth. Simply call on him to join you in a meditation and see the difference his energy makes.


Zadkiel is also associated the the Crown Chakra (as this chakra is purple).


This is the 7th Chakra and considered to be the chakra with the highest energy. It is one of the gateways to connection to the spirit world and can help with spiritual growth. It helps balance the other chakras and is connected to joy, faith, peace and beauty.


The Crown controls a person's moral and ethics, and can also be used to access the higher consciousness or higher self.


If you wish to cleanse your energy or you wish to work on spiritual growth, Zadkiel is the angel to call upon. He can also help you let go of regret, bitterness and other negative energies.

St Germaine and the violet flame

FOR CENTURIES, alchemists have sought to change base metals into gold by the process of “transmutation”.  The Angels also want us to change our “base” energy into the gold of a higher spiritual energy, with what has become known as “Angelic Alchemy” ©  This is an energy healing system which was given to me by Archangel Metatron as a gift for you and to help you prepare for the energetic changes which are occurring on our planet right now !

In order to transmute energy, we use the gift of the Violet Flame – you may have heard this term before – but what exactly is it?

The violet flame is a unique spiritual energy that can help you in all areas of your life.

The COLOUR violet has long been associated with spirituality. For example, the Roman Catholic Bishop’s Cassock is purple. This is probably due to the crown chakra, or the connection to the Source (God) vibrating to that colour. Having the highest frequency in the visible spectrum, violet is at the point of transition to the next octave of light.

Adepts throughout the ages have known how to use the violet flame, but it was only released to the public earlier this century by an Ascended Master called Saint Germaine.

Ascended Masters are enlightened spiritual beings who once walked the earth like you and me. They balanced their karma and fulfilled their soul contracts. They then ascended, or reunited with God or the Source... These would be people such as Jesus Christ, Buddha and Krishna.

The name Germaine means “holy brother”. It is said that St Germaine lived many lives on earth before he Ascended, the last one being Le Comte de Saint Germaine, the "Wonder man of Europe" in the 18th and 19th centuries A.D.. He developed a reputation of being an outstanding alchemist, scholar, linguist, musician, artist and diplomat.

What the Violet Flame Does

The violet flame has the power to transform, or transmute,  the effect of our past mistakes. Transmutation means to change - to alter in form, appearance or nature. The violet flame changes negative energy into positive energy, darkness into light.

Our past actions, positive and negative, will come back to us. This is the law of karma. This impersonal cosmic law decrees that whatever we do comes full circle to our doorstep for resolution; simply, what goes around comes around.

In general, most people must pay their debt to life, or "balance" their karma, by selflessly reaching out and helping others, by working through misfortunes that come their way, or by passing through diseases or other forms of personal suffering. But it need not be so with the violet flame! The violet flame is able to transmute our negative karma.

On the physical level, the violet flame can help heal our bodies by removing the karma that makes us vulnerable to illness and disease. But the real cause of disease is often rooted in our mental, emotional and spiritual states.

Today, we are discovering more and more about how our thoughts and emotions can affect our health. Research has shown that hatred and other negative thoughts and feelings actually create excess amounts of acid in the body that it cannot assimilate. These negative thoughts and feelings often originate in emotional and psychological problems, which the violet flame can help to resolve. The scars of old hurts and painful memories may be healed and dissolved when the healing balm of the violet flame is applied.

How the Violet Flame Works

The violet flame works by changing "vibrations". In physics, vibration is the speed of oscillation - the speed at which something moves back and forth. On the atomic level, vibration can be understood to be the speed at which electrons orbit around the nucleus of the atom. The violet flame works by changing vibrations on this level.

The violet flame transmutes  negative energy. It does not simply surround and remove the energy, but transforms it into light.

When you have a higher vibration, there is more spiritual energy in your body. Acupuncturists and yogis know that optimum health comes when this spiritual energy flows freely throughout the body. The violet flame frees up this energy and re-establishes harmony and equilibrium, propelling you into a more spiritual state of being.

The Alchemist

The violet flame is a tool of self-transformation. Physical experiments in alchemy whereby base metals are transformed into gold are symbolic of what the violet flame does.

In medieval times, alchemists attempted to transmute base metals into gold, using heat to separate the "subtle" from the "gross". While there have always been alchemists who sought to create wealth by transmuting base metals, this process of transmutation is symbolic of a higher and more noble alchemy - the alchemy of self-transformation.

Alchemists of the Spirit did not seek physical wealth, but spiritual wealth. They sought to transform themselves into more spiritual beings, by becoming more loving, wise and compassionate. The violet flame has the capacity to bring about this transformation by transmuting negative elements within ourselves. It has the unique ability to transform fear into courage, anxiety into peace and hatred into love.
 

Transmutation, then, was not just a process which turned base metals into gold, but a spiritual process which raised the soul into a state of unity with the Divine.

The Violet Flame in Angelic Alchemy

Angelic Alchemy is a form of sound and vibrational healing.

In Level 1 Angelic Alchemy, the Soul Chakra is opened by using meditation, symbols and sacred sounds., which affect the physical and spiritual bodies vibrationally.

Once the Soul Chakra has been opened by the Alchemy Master, it is as though the energy of the violet flame is released into the whole of the chakra system. It burns and purifies as old hurts, behaviour patterns and negative energy are worked upon and cleansed away. You are also guided through several meditations which aid this process and help the energy system to heal. Once you have opened the soul chakra, the violet flame will always be with you – and you will also be able to pass it on to others…

This is a new way of receiving the violet flame energy – it is more intense and it sits within the Alchemist’s energy, ready for re-activation at any given time. It raises the Alchemists own vibration, so that all his senses and spiritual awareness become more acute. This also enhances the healing power.

The reason it has been given to us at this time, is in order for us to prepare for the energetic shift in 2012. All our energies will be raised, and Angelic Alchemy is a way preparing us for this and to help heal others in an energetic, and not just in a physical sense.

Manifesting with the help of the Angels.

Manifestation – essentially, way of thinking which change the reality of the world, so that you create (or Manifest)  improvements in whatever area of your life you wish to change.

You’ve probably heard the word Manifestation bandied about quite a lot in the last few years. The Book, the Secret and others were all proponents of positive thinking and getting the universe to deliver exactly what you want. For many people, this didn’t seem to work. That’s simply because it’s not only about asking – it’s about thinking and being.  Let me explain what I mean.

First off, the universe does not care what you ask for. There is no ‘power’, giving rewards to good people and punishments to the bad – the rules of energy in the universe are simple.  Whatever you think about most, you will manifest. Now, I’m not saying that Karma doesn’t exist – far from it. In fact, karma is bound by the same rules.  If you behave badly then you have been thinking negatively. If you think negatively, you will manifest negativity.

However, there are some important points to remember about manifestation.

It’s not a case of thinking “I want a new house” or “I want money” for 5 mins and then forgetting it. You have to think of what you want ALL the time. Think of how we worry about money.  We are constantly working out figures in our mind, then making negative statements like “I’ve got no money” – this energy is SO strong, it delivers what we ask for.  Scarcity.

Think of the person with low self esteem, constantly worrying about themselves and making negative self-statements such as “I’m fat, I’m ugly, I’m boring”. The universe will deliver those things right back to them !

So how do we get what we want?

First of all, you have to understand that we create our own reality, and we have to power to change that reality at any time.  Everything once started as a thought. The chair you are sitting on was designed in someone’s mind, drawn and then constructed or ‘made manifest’.  We all know that and accept it, but the same is also true of energy. You can create an energy field around you that is going to attract the things you want – or conversely, repel things.

You do have to take ownership for your wish though, and put yourself in the flow of energy. I call this being in your core. For example, let’s imagine someone who has always wanted to be a nurse, but was pushed into being an accountant by her well-meaning father. She may be a perfectly adequate nurse, but she is not living in her true core so she will not be completely happy in her role as Nurse. Once she makes the changes she needs to make, she will be an excellent Nurse because she will be living in her core. However, she has to take responsibility for her dream. She would have to take steps to put herself in the flow of energy by finding a way to train to be a nurse but support herself financially. She would also have to be true to herself, by expressing her core self to the people around her (her father for example). This can feel scary, but once you are in your core energy, solutions to problems seem to just flow to you!

As I often say to people, you can’t win the lottery unless you buy a ticket !

Dark Angels

If you say the words “dark angels” to someone, they will immediately think of demons, but this is not the case. Dark Angels are the Angels that come to us in the darkest times of our lives. After having an experience with my own dark Angel, I was inspired to write this workshop to help others understand the role dark angels play in our lives.

The word Angel means “messenger” and that is the role they have played, a kind of intermediary between man and ‘God’. Most Christians know the story of Satan (Sataniel or sometimes Sammiel) God’s favourite Angel, the brightest, lightest of the Angels. The story goes, he  contrived  "to make his throne higher than the clouds over the earth and resemble “My power on high", and so Satan-Sataniel was hurled down, with his hosts of angels, and since then, he has been flying in the air continually above the abyss.

This story, from the second book of Enoch, seems to confirm that Angels are both good and bad – light and dark. This would make sense when we consider the duality of all things. Night and day, black and white, male and female. Angels have a dual role in their dealings with humans. 

However, I think we have to really look at just exactly who the dark Angels are – they are not the fallen. The fallen angels are what we would call “demons” and attend Satan, tempting mankind and generally mischief making.

Dark Angels are Angels who work for the benefit of mankind, but come to us during our darkest hours.

I have experienced the help of a Dark Angel, first hand, and over the time he was with me, I learned that everyone has their own “dark angel” who works specifically with them.  They have a slightly different energy to the light angels, but they certainly do not feel negative, and are ultimately with us for our benefit.

Archangel Azrael is also the Angel who takes souls back home – he is often seen waiting to lovingly guide someone into the spirit world.

I have asked friends over the past couple of years, if they have had experience with dark angels.  One friend who I will call  “S” told me this story..

“ One day I was on the phone to a friend, talking about my son, when I became aware of an entity nearby. I was shocked, particularly when I realised it was an angel. It had a very serene face and simply looked intently at me.

Some months later my son was diagnosed with brain cancer, and he passed into spirit. Although it was the worst thing that had happened to me, I do believe my dark angel was there to comfort me and give me strength during this terrible period of my life”

Another tells this story:

When I was a child (2 years old), my paternal grandmother was diagnosed with liver cancer. The doctors couldn't do anything about her, just to implant an artificial item that would assist the remaining liver. My grandmother came to Greece (the place where I lived until I was five) and decided to make the surgery there.

One day before the surgery, my father saw a vision (not a dream). My father just got home late from work and went to the bed. I was sleeping in my small bed, while my mother was watching TV. My father took a shower, drank a glass of milk and went to bed. My parents turned off the TV and fell asleep. After a few hours, around 4:00 am, my father suddenly woke up. He heard a strong noise coming from outside the house. My mother didn't wake up, only my father.

Suddenly, he heard the door knob getting opened and the door started slowly opening. My father was staring at the door and was terrified to see the Archangel of Death, standing at the opened door. My father describes him as being tall, thin, and muscular and having a pair of black, feathered wings. He had a hood and had a pale skin, along with black eyes and hair. He held a large scythe in his hand and a large cloak, covering his thin body. He started staring at my father for a few seconds. My father went from being terrified got curious and confused.

My father asked him "What do you want? Why you are here?" However, the angel didn't respond, just kept staring at my father. Finally, my father got the point of the angel's visit and asked "Is my mother going to die?". Death closed his eyes and lowered his head, showing sadness and desperation. He slowly left the room and closed the door, leaving my father alone.

The next morning, my father went to the church near our house and told the priest about the vision and the encounter with the angel. The priest got terrified and told my father that the angel is called Azrael and is the Archangel of Death! A few days later, my grandmother took the surgery and it was unsuccessful. She died a few days after the surgery.

My father remembered Azrael and the sadness that he showed when my father asked him. Nowadays, we live in Albania and my father still tells this story every time that I ask him about grandmother. It terrifies me when I think that I have stood in the same room with Death long ago and that my father actually spoke to him.”

Azrael is indeed the angel of death, but he does not come simply to collect souls. He is also there to support us through times of grief, along with Archangel Michael.

If you are going through the grieving process at the moment, ask Azrael and Michael to be by your side, helping you to cope and give you strength. If you ask, they WILL come.
